General Policy
Thank you for shopping with SlavRetrofits. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for
any reason you are not, you may return your product for store credit or an exchange (not a cash
refund), provided that:
– the item is returned within 7 days of receipt,
– it is unused, in its original packaging, with all contents included,
– products valued above £100 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All products are quality tested before shipping.
Conditions of Return
We cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:
– if the item has been unboxed, used, or installed by the customer or any third party outside of
SlavRetrofits Approved Installers,
– if damage occurred due to incorrect installation, existing electrical issues, or modifications not
approved by us,
– if the item was made to order or customised for your vehicle.
For best results and to preserve your warranty, we strongly recommend professional installation by
one of our approved installers.
Faulty Items
Although every item is bench-tested before dispatch, faults can rarely occur.
– If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us at info@slavretrofits.co.uk within 7 days of
receipt, providing a detailed explanation and video/photo evidence of the issue.
– Our technical team will review your case. If confirmed as faulty, you may receive either an
exchange or store credit.
– Faults reported after the 7-day period may still be eligible for exchange or credit at our discretion.
Return Procedure
1. Contact us at info@slavretrofits.co.uk to request a return.
2. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery
service.
3. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process the return/exchange within 14 days
and notify you via email.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
The following items are non-returnable:
– Wired to Wireless CarPlay activators.
– Remote or digital services (e.g., remapping, activation, coding, diagnostics, software updates).
– Products that have been opened, unboxed, or used.
– Products installed by the customer or third parties outside of SlavRetrofits Approved Installers.
– Custom-made or vehicle-specific items (e.g., Android screens, CarPlay modules).
– Sale items (final sale, no returns or exchanges).
Exchanges for Incorrect Orders
If you ordered the wrong product or software variant:
– You may request an exchange by contacting us with your order number.
– You are responsible for return postage plus a £10 re-shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee on the
incorrect item.
– If installation was booked and the error is identified during fitting, 50% of the installation fee will
still apply.
